Position: Graphic Designer

Description: Designer responsibilities will include front end design of websites, landing pages, Display ads, edits to existing designs based upon feedback from the client and other various design work such as business cards, etc. We’re searching for a dedicated individual with a healthy background in graphic design and marketing. This individual must also develop creative and innovative design solutions to create advertising materials, develop concepts, and collaborate with other team members.

Description: Copywriters are at the heart of what we do here at Noble House Media, because they’re responsible for all the content we produce. Without great content, there could be no social media management, SEO services, email marketing, or websites. As an associate copywriter, your job will be to produce digital content of various lengths, styles, and subjects, for a variety of clients.

Position: SEO Specialist

Description: Noble House Marketing is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven SEO professional that will be responsible for enhancing the search visibility, site sessions, and conversions of select websites.

The Senior SEO Specialist is in charge of developing and implementing effective SEO strategies for Noble House and its Clients. They will have a thorough understanding of keyword research, SEO copywriting, and search engine behavior, including ranking criteria and algorithms. To improve rankings on all major search networks, qualified applicants will have substantial knowledge of content strategy, Technical SEO, website UX, link development, and keyword planning. This person is skilled in tracking SEO performance and recommending KPIs for client reporting. They are confident in leading client meetings, and because SEO is such a dynamic field, they are always learning new things and keeping up with trends and new collaborations.

As an employee at Noble House, you will work alongside a vibrant team consisting of some of the leading managers, creatives, copywriters, strategists, and digital marketing specialists in Connecticut.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze key components of Clients’ SEO, and develop, suggest, and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives quality organic search growth, optimization, and ROI maximization
  • Define, articulate, champion, and execute SEO best practices organization-wide
  • Oversee an established and evolving SEO optimization process that provides ongoing insights for Clients’ content production.
  • Work closely with project management, developers, marketing, client stakeholders, and our content team to drive traffic-generating initiatives across the organization.
  • Monitor search algorithms and keep up to date with changes in the SEO landscape and digital marketing methodologies
  • Perform keyword research, discovery, and analysis to enhance major search engine rankings
  • Directly manage content & SEO elements in CMS (SEO title tags, meta descriptions, alt tags, schema markups, internal and external links, compelling copy, etc.) for maximum optimization
  • Continually monitor search terms, rankings, and analytics to create data-driven ranking strategies and provide recommendations for improvements in content, user experience, and conversion rates
  • Perform technical audits to identify any crawling and indexing challenges and perform post-implementation quality assurance
  • Communicate a clear vision to internal and external stakeholders about what Clients need to focus on to ensure SEO success. Ensure that Clients understand the SEO Strategy.
  • Report and monitor campaign performance and results, providing monthly KPI reports to key stakeholders
  • Document SOPs, lead & facilitate company-wide training, and assist on any channel’s projects that may impact SEO
  • Develop & maintain strong strategic relationships with SEO clients. Master key SEO deliverables to craft a compelling 6+ month SEO strategy from start to finish (pivoting when needed).

Who You Are & What You Have

  • You have at least 3+ years of experience in successfully developing, managing, and executing SEO campaigns for medium to large websites, covering all aspects of SEO from high-level strategy down to technical SEO.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, Communications (or similar discipline), or relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to explain complex topics concisely and creatively
  • Must have excellent knowledge and understanding of web analytics tools (Google Webmaster Tools, Adobe Analytics, GA360 or GA4), dashboarding tools (Google Data Studio/Tableau), data manipulation (Excel/SQL), SEO platforms (Conductor/DeepCrawl/Google Search Console), and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
  • Experience with CRO and information architecture optimization
  • Experience analyzing data to create content strategies with copywriting teams
  • A nimble team-player that’s just as willing to learn as they are to mentor less experienced. You are client-focused, collaborative, and agile.
  • You have some experience in SEO-related program/project management
  • Familiarity with WordPress and enterprise-level content management systems (Shopify, Amplience, Drupal, Sitecore, Oracle ATG, etc.)
  • You excel at conducting comprehensive competitive analysis across industries on behalf of Clients
  • You’ve successfully worked hand-in-hand with development teams. You have a working knowledge of coding HTML, JavaScript, JSON & CSS from an SEO perspective

This role will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, including but not limited to payroll, commissions and bonuses, contract management, billing disputes, and financial analysis. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial operations of the company, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting

Noble House Media, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and develop custom marketing strategies to meet their objectives
  • Manage and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling content and creative assets that align with the client's brand and messaging
  • Analyze campaign performance data and make recommendations for optimization and improvement
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospects, building relationships, and presenting proposals
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay current with trends and best practices in digital marketing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including social media, email, and search engine marketing

The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including:
